About us

We are an organization driving the green transition together with our customers. We work to secure energy supply in Kristianstad municipality and are now looking for an engaged coordinator for sustainability and management systems who wants to join us on our transformation journey.

About the position

As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will play a central role in developing and clarifying our sustainability work and management systems. Since the position is new, you will also have the opportunity to shape and develop the role. You will, among other things:

• Work throughout the chain from the current situation to set strategies, developing methods and tools for monitoring against goals and transition plans.
• Support the organization with development, calculations, and sustainability reporting according to CSRD.
• Shared responsibility in the development of sustainability processes.
• Through various work areas, participate in or lead collaborations, working groups, projects, and networks within the organization and with external actors.
• Develop, maintain, and drive our various management systems within health, environment, and safety.
• Conduct internal training on environmental and sustainability issues.
• Work independently with significant personal responsibility, which requires you to be self-driven, meticulous, and analytical.
• You will work closely with the environmental engineer and belong to the HR & Sustainability department.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant academic education in climate and sustainability issues, or other acquired experience deemed equivalent.
• Experience working with sustainability and social responsibility.
• Good knowledge of legislation related to sustainability and experience with government contacts.
• The ability to engage, motivate, and assist others.
• Structured and solution-oriented with good analytical skills.
• Good communication skills that allow you to convey complex information clearly and understandably.
